In the period from 2nd to 4th September, conference was held in Dubrovnik, Croatia for which COTY – the largest strategic partner of Orbico Beauty – was responsible for.  At that same conference, Orbico Beauty received several prestigious awards.

Namely, Max Factor brand and a project called #maxfactorstories, whose project ambassador was one of the most popular Bosnian models – Amra Dzeko, as the part of Case Studies Exhibition in #BaseBusiness category, won the 1st place! The competition was fierce, and it involved 7 countries/distributors divided into 3 categories: Base Business Amplification, E-commerce, and Innovation Launch. Therefore, Tomislava Banic-Haas and Max Factor achieved outstanding results – an increase in sell-in data, number 1 brand in DM markets, digital and Facebook reach exceeded the number of 140,000, and a 20% increase in the number of followers on today`s most popular social media platform – Instagram.

However, this is not the end of awards! Specifically, during fiscal 2019, COTY organized the European Competition for distributers, named #GOEXTRAMILES. All of the Beauty brands in the COTY portfolio (Max Factor, Bourjois, Rimmel, Lifestyle Perfumes, Adidas and Wella) were included in the "challenge”. In the overall competition, Orbico Beauty had the highest growth index! Orbico Beauty BiH won 1st and 3rd place.

All these awards are in fact a product of teamwork, true dedication and continuous focus on work, and the results are truly captivating and visible. People are Orbico Beauty's greatest asset, and the accolades that come after are big and significant motivation in order to continue pursuing extraordinary success in the future, and to achieve greater goals and deliver even better results.
