Orbico Beauty sees people as the highest priority and with high value. Although change is ahead of us as much as great challenges, our priority is togetherness and motivation, even when we are separated.

We are proud of all our employees and their contribution to every new step in the situation that befelled us.

We are proud of the employees who are actively working from home, also of their engagement and team spirit that we maintain and encourage in online team meetings. Our communication is alive and will never stop.

We adapted our business to the situation and found all the alternative channels for our retail. We have responded and been the agile managers of our business in these difficult business circumstances.

As all our retail shops were mostly closed and as we only had one online store with our goods at the time, we took this opportunity to focus on raising our business online:

- we made up for the lack of an online store for the MAC Store Sarajevo by trading via Instagram and the online catalog with MAC products (using ISSUU platform);
- we activated our key brands available on the Plaza online store;
- we listed over 2000 items online at our retail customer web shop - Inoma perfumery;
- we found new local online retailers and our mass products are now available at Ekupi i JaBiHTo;
- we launched two own e-commerce platforms for Salon Professional Division and BiH Beauty Outlet for mass segment and sales.

We are grateful and proud of our colleagues who left their homes during this period and who worked in the warehouse and delivery. The contribution and professionalism of all our employees in the chain made the actual strength of the Orbico Beauty family.

Positive spirit, teamwork and loyalty are the key elements that will help us overcome all new challenges.
